Returns/Refund policy

Our Standard Cancellation Policy will be followed for all order cancellations

Cancellation by Ami Polymer Pvt Ltd:

Please be aware that there may be instances where we are unable to accept certain orders and may need to cancel them. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in order cancellation include limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or concerns flagged by our credit and fraud prevention department. In some cases, we may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. We will communicate with you if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed to process your order. For orders with cash payment mode, they will be cancelled if cash is not received within 48 hours from the time of order placement.

Cancellation by Customer:

In case you decide to cancel your order prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued. However, if the cancellation request is made after the product has already been shipped, you have two options:

  1. If the product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you can contact our Customer Support to inform them of the cancellation. Additionally, if you have selected the cash on delivery option, you may refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery.
  2. If you have already received the product, it will only be eligible for replacement in cases where defects are found with the product.


In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via Contact Us within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.


The term “return” refers to the act of returning a purchased item to the Seller/Ami Polymer Pvt Ltd via the Ami Polymer Pvt Ltd website. In the situations outlined below, the customer will be eligible for a replacement only and not a refund:

  1. Item was defective.
  2. Item was damaged in transit.
  3. Product(s) was/were missing. (Customer must share the unpacking video with our support team)
  4. Wrong item was received.

Customers can only get a refund of money in the following cases

  1. When product is out of stock or unavailable
  2. The brand has discontinued the product

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, Ami Polymer Pvt Ltd/seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

The following RULES apply to this Policy:

  • In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 7 days from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide visual proof to Ami Polymer Pvt Ltd.
  • In case of damaged products, the customers should share an image. In case of missing products, the customers need to share an unboxing video as proof. 
  • If the product has been marked delivered but the customer has not received the order, he/she needs to raise the complaint within 24 hrs. All items that need to be returned must be:
  1. Unused and should be in their original condition 
  2. With all original tags and packaging intact 
  3. Should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Replacement shall only be processed after a quality check of the product by the experts at Ami Polymer Pvt Ltd

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box and invoice to Plot No. 66-D/E, Govt. Industrial Estate, Near Beekaylon Factory, Masat, Silvassa – 396230. Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Gujarat. INDIA

Once the product is delivered we do not provide a replacement for certain products in the following cases:

  • Size issue
  • Bought by mistake
  • Better price available
  • Item arrived too late 
  • Do not like the product
