How to use kegel balls
- After washing hands properly, we need to insert the balls into the vagina and then contract and relax our pelvic floor muscles to hold the balls in place. Follow 3 sets with 10 repetitions.
- We can do this while sitting, standing or walking but long walk is not recommended.
